1. Strategy Development

Design and implement collection/NPA sale strategies across different non legal and leverage stages.
Define rules for OA reassignment.
Optimize collection flows to increase recovery while reducing costs

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze/ Monitor Collection strategy and NPL sale.
Monitor KPIs such as:
Recovery rate
Legal SLA
NPA sale
Build dashboards and reports to track performance

3. Process Optimization

Work with operations teams to improve collection / NPA sale efficiency and develop procedure
Test new strategies (A/B testing, champion/challenger models)

Responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing strategies to collect payments and NPL Sale efficiently. This includes using data, customer segmentation, and performance tracking to improve recovery rates, NPA sale and lose develop procedure.
