Insurance Solution Specialist, Wealth Client Coverage 1 TH

Partner with Wealth Relationship Managers (RMs) in client engagements as the Insurance Solution Specialist and sales lead for insurance opportunities.
Own and manage the end-to-end insurance sales cycle, including prospect qualification, needs analysis, solution recommendation, and lead client engagements from advisory discussions through to successful sales conversion and policy issuance.
Convert qualified opportunities into completed insurance sales and achieve assigned insurance revenue and business targets.
Follow up proactively with clients and stakeholders to drive timely sales conversion and case completion.
Collaborate closely with Wealth RMs while respecting RM ownership of the overall client relationship.
Ensure all insurance sales activities comply with regulatory requirements, Bank policies, and insurer guidelines.

While RMs retain ownership of the overall client relationship, the Insurance Solution Specialist is responsible for leading insurance advisory, solution recommendation, sales conversion, and deal closure, and is accountable for achieving assigned insurance sales targets.
