Job Purpose
We are looking for a hands-on, analytically strong Manager Growth & Retention to support the execution of base expansion, customer retention initiatives across our key markets. This role translates lifecycle strategies into executable product roadmaps, campaign plans and programs. This role will drive the analytics behind churn reduction and value growth, and coordinates closely with market and centralized SME teams to deliver measurable ROI while leveraging Circles’ digital & AI native solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of growth and retention plans for assigned markets, turning strategic roadmaps into concrete acquisition, base-expansion, revenue-uplift, and churn-reduction campaigns
Give support to create business cases for lifecycle, onboarding, upsell/cross-sell, loyalty, and win-back initiatives
Drive the design the commercial engine behind retention: churn modelling, cohort and segmentation analysis, and lifetime-value tracking, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Support the market commercial teams in monitoring campaign performance, pricing and promotional impact, and ROI, flagging risks and opportunities to the market & central management
Drive adoption of Circles’ digital & AI-driven products and help track value realization across markets
Coordinate day-to-day with centralized SME functions (Product, CVM, Marketing, Market Research, and Customer Happiness) and market teams to ensure smooth, on-time execution of all commercial initiatives
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and governance routines for acquisition, retention, and revenue KPIs
Help localize global growth and retention playbooks for individual markets while maintaining consistency with organizational standards and a culture of data-driven decision-making
Job Specific Skills
Solid understanding of the full telecom/MVNO subscriber lifecycle across acquisition, retention, win-back, and loyalty, with a track record of contributing to revenue growth and churn reduction
Strong hands-on skills of product planning, churn analysis, customer segmentation, and lifetime-value optimization
Experience planning and executing lifecycle campaigns & commercial products with clear, measurable outcomes and demonstrable ROI
Proficiency with digital stacks, campaign management tools, BI/analytics platforms, and performance marketing dashboards
Comfortable working with data (SQL and/or advanced Excel modeling; exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau); working knowledge of the telecom technology stack is a plus

Strong execution discipline, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously without losing attention to detail
Good stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across matrixed teams.
Clear communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing planning with day-to-day delivery
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field
Work Experience (Years)
4+ years of relevant experience in product planning, growth, retention, CVM, lifecycle marketing, or commercial analytics; telecom or MVNO industry experience is a strong plus
