Sales Executive | B2B Outside Sales | New Business Development
Location: Indianapolis, IN | Schedule: Hybrid (remote and field-based), Monday-Friday
City Wide Facility Solutions of Indianapolis is seeking a driven Sales Executive to generate new commercial business and expand our client base. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing new business opportunities.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business through cold calling, email, networking, referrals, phone outreach, and in-person visits.
- Identify commercial organizations that can benefit from janitorial and facility maintenance solutions.
- Build, manage, and advance a qualified sales pipeline.
- Schedule and lead discovery meetings with owners, executives, property managers, and other decision-makers.
- Develop proposals, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up activities, and opportunity updates.
- Meet or exceed monthly goals for appointments, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in outside sales or business development.
- Proven hunter mentality with the discipline to create and develop new opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building, discovery, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and accountable with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage prospecting activity and sales pipelines.

Target first-year earnings: $100,000+
Target year-two earnings: $120,000-$150,000+
