Permanent role | Competitive base salary

Fancy a role where no two days look the same, your toolkit is your passport, and your work directly shapes how UK retailers run their businesses?

CSY Retail Systems is looking for an Installation Engineer to join our team, based out of Nottingham but out on the road across the UK bringing EPOS systems to life for our customers.

Requirements

• Installing EPOS hardware on customer sites, up and down the country
• Configuring systems to fit each customer's unique way of doing business — no two setups are the same
• Training customers face-to-face so they walk away confident using their new software
• Troubleshooting on the fly, adapting to whatever the day throws at you, and being the calm, technical expert customers can rely on

Expect to travel and take real ownership of every install from start to finish.

Benefits

Because installing great tech should come with great rewards. Here's what's in it for you:

• Competitive base salary
• 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and your birthday off
• Hybrid and flexible working options
• Private medical cover
• Health cash plan
• Life assurance
• Access to the Calm wellbeing app
• Perkbox employee benefits platform
• Enhanced parental leave
• Cycle to work scheme
• Volunteering days
• Employee Assistance Programme
• Ongoing learning, development, and career progression across the ClearCourse Group

If you're organised, adaptable, and love the idea of hands-on problem-solving with a new challenge at every site, we want to hear from you.

Apply now and help power the future of retail, one installation at a time.
