Für unseren Hypermarkets-Kanal suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Key Account Manager Hypermarkets (m/w/d), der Wachstum vorantreibt, starke Kundenpartnerschaften aufbaut und kommerzielle Verantwortung übernimmt.

Diese Position ist auf 12 Monate befristet und bietet die Möglichkeit, einen wichtigen Vertriebskanal aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und in einem dynamischen FMCG-Umfeld Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Hypermarkets-Kanals.
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kundenindividueller Wachstumsstrategien zur Erreichung der Umsatz- und Profitabilitätsziele.
• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des Kunden-P&L sowie der kommerziellen Performance.
• Führung von Jahresgesprächen und Verhandlungen mit nationalen Handelspartnern.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain und Category Management, um nachhaltige Lösungen für Kunden und Verbraucher zu entwickeln.
• Sicherstellung einer kundenorientierten und wettbewerbsfähigen Marktbearbeitung.
• Fachliche Führung eines bereichsübergreifenden Teams sowie disziplinarische Führung von einem Direct Report.
• Identifikation neuer Wachstumschancen und aktive Mitgestaltung der zukünftigen Geschäftsentwicklung.

Das bringst Du mit

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation.
• Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im FMCG-Umfeld, idealerweise im Key Account Management.
• Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Zusammenarbeit mit großen Handelskunden.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Unternehmensstrukturen und unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern innerhalb eines internationalen Konzernumfelds.
• Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
• Hohe Ergebnisorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, Strategien konsequent in die Umsetzung zu bringen.
• Erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Steuerung von Mitarbeitenden.
• Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Freude an einem dynamischen und leistungsorientierten Umfeld.
• Starke Netzwerk- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten, um bereichsübergreifend nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager Hypermarkets (m/w/d) to lead our Hypermarkets channel and drive profitable growth through strong customer partnerships and commercial excellence.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity offering the chance to take ownership of one of our most important sales channels and work in a dynamic, fast-paced FMCG environment.

• Lead and grow our Hypermarkets business, developing and executing customer strategies that drive sustainable growth.
• Take full ownership of customer performance, including revenue, profitability, and commercial plans.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with key retail customers and lead annual commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Management to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Ensure customer plans are aligned with broader business objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead and develop one direct report, while influencing a wider cross-functional team to achieve ambitious business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and bring innovative ideas to strengthen our position in the market.

• University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably working with key retail customers.
• Strong understanding of large corporate environments and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder networks.
• Proven track record in customer negotiations and delivering commercial results.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think quickly, analyze situations effectively, and make sound business decisions.
• Experience leading or mentoring others, with initial people management experience considered a plus.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic business environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and markets.
