Senior Tech Lead (CDC)
CP Axtra · Suan Luang
A detail-oriented and experienced technical leader who thrives at the intersection of hands-on engineering and team leadership. You explore new technical frontiers, discover innovative solutions, and keep your technical skills as your foundation. This is a hands-on role — you will be expected to write code, conduct code reviews, and be deeply involved in day-to-day technical decisions. As a team player, you know when to ask for help and when to offer it.
What You’ll Do
- Drive digital transformation as the primary focus — design and deliver innovative ideas and solutions that go beyond market trends, align with stakeholder needs, and build flexible systems that scale up and out with demand
- Work closely with the Head of Engineering, Head of Product, and other stakeholders to define the product roadmap and delivery timeline for each release
- Lead one or more development squads within the Supply Chain tech team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and direction to team members
- Champion innovative ideas and solutions that enable the team to tackle complex problems effectively
- Provide user story backlog sizing and recommendations, leveraging technical expertise to ensure backlog items are well-defined and sprint-ready
- Uphold and enforce code quality standards to meet the team’s engineering goals
- Actively participate in designing and building complex systems and architectures
Open to remote candidates.
