Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Arabic Copywriter with strong agency experience and a sharp creative mind to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires someone who understands brands, culture, and how to turn strategy into impactful Arabic communication across campaigns, content, and integrated platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Arabic copy development across campaigns, social, digital, film, radio, and integrated brand work

• Turn briefs into strong concepts, big ideas, scripts, taglines, and impactful communication platforms

• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategists, and Account teams from brief to delivery

• Guide and mentor junior writers while raising overall creative standards

• Present ideas confidently internally and to clients when needed

• Oversee copy during production stages, including shoots, voiceovers, edits, and final assets

• Ensure consistency in tone of voice across multiple brands and categories

• Contribute strategic thinking during brainstorms, pitches, and new business opportunities

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• قيادة تطوير المحتوى العربي عبر الحملات، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والمنصات الرقمية، والأفلام، والإذاعة، والأعمال الإعلانية المتكاملة
• تحويل موجزات العمل (Briefs) إلى أفكار قوية، ومفاهيم إبداعية، ونصوص، وشعارات، ومنصات تواصل مؤثرة
• التعاون مع المديرين الإبداعيين، ومديري الفن، والاستراتيجيين، وفرق إدارة الحسابات من مرحلة الفكرة حتى التنفيذ
• توجيه وتدريب الكتّاب المبتدئين والمساهمة في رفع مستوى الإبداع العام
• عرض الأفكار بثقة داخليًا وأمام العملاء عند الحاجة
• الإشراف على المحتوى خلال مراحل الإنتاج، بما في ذلك التصوير، والتعليق الصوتي، والمونتاج، والمخرجات النهائية
• ضمان الاتساق في نبرة العلامة التجارية عبر عدة مشاريع وقطاعات
• المساهمة في التفكير الاستراتيجي خلال جلسات العصف الذهني، والعروض التقديمية، وفرص تطوير الأعمال الجديدة

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience as a copywriter, with solid experience in creative or advertising agencies

• Based in Saudi Arabia or able to work within the Saudi market

• Native-level Arabic writing skills with excellent command of Saudi dialects and modern standard Arabic

• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign thinking, social content, scripts, and big ideas

• Ability to write for multiple tones: premium, retail, government, youth, corporate, etc.

• Strong conceptual thinking, not just caption writing

• Good English understanding for briefs and collaboration

Preferred:

• Experience with major Saudi brands or regional clients

• Experience in integrated campaigns and production shoots

• Understanding of digital-first content and platform behavior

• Ability to mentor junior talent

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات ككاتب محتوى، مع خبرة قوية في وكالات إبداعية أو إعلانية
• الإقامة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو القدرة على العمل ضمن السوق السعودي
• إتقان الكتابة باللغة العربية بمستوى احترافي، مع فهم ممتاز للهجات السعودية والعربية الفصحى
• ملف أعمال قوي يعكس التفكير الإبداعي في الحملات، والمحتوى الرقمي، والنصوص، والأفكار الكبيرة
• القدرة على الكتابة بنبرات متعددة: فاخرة، تجارية، حكومية، شبابية، مؤسسية، وغيرها
• مهارات عالية في التفكير المفاهيمي، وليس فقط كتابة النصوص القصيرة (Captions)
• فهم جيد للغة الإنجليزية للتعامل مع موجزات العمل والتعاون مع الفرق

يفضّل:

• خبرة في العمل مع علامات تجارية سعودية كبرى أو عملاء إقليميين
• خبرة في الحملات المتكاملة وعمليات الإنتاج والتصوير
• فهم قوي لطبيعة المحتوى الرقمي وسلوك المنصات
• القدرة على توجيه وتدريب الكفاءات المبتدئة
