POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides oversight of the Education and Early Childhood Development content area of the Head Start/Early Head Start program ensuring compliance with performance standards and recognized best practice in early childhood education and early intervention/special education. In addition, this position develops and implements the family literacy and transition program of Head Start/Early Head Start.
