Customer Service Executive

Responsibility:
- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquires.
- Professionally handle the customer call as per the company standard.
- Accurately logging the customer call in CAFM system.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Prepare reports on customer calls & circulate aging reports to the Execution Team.
- Report the trend to the senior Executive.
- Validating the service report from the execution team & closing the service request logged in the CAFM.
- Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
- Provide personalized customer service to the highest level.
- Coordinating with the QHSE Department for site related QHSE issues.
Assist the site / departmental manager to execute the project/site day to day QHSE requirements.
Provide assistance in implementation of QHSE management system to achieve the organizational goal.
Coordinate with other departments for QHSE resources necessary for the workgroup.
Assist the site/departmental manager to take corrective actions upon identification of the nonconformance.
Report all near misses, dangerous occurrences and incidents.
Assist the team in preparing incident reports.
Assist the site/departmental manager to assess and execute the QHSE training requirements.
Participate in the site QHSE meeting.
Participate in the site level hazard identification and risk assessment team.
Ensure all the workers under his/her management are aware of the internal QHSE alerts.
