Retail Media Lead

We are hiring a Retail Media Lead to join us on an exciting new client partnership and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail media. This is an opportunity to lead ambitious, full-funnel retail media programmes for a major global brand while helping to define best practice across one of the industry's fastest-growing disciplines. Working at the intersection of media, commerce, data and technology, you'll bring together talented teams, innovative thinking and commercial expertise to deliver meaningful growth for our clients. What you'll be doing:

• Lead the development and delivery of best-in-class retail media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes for a major client.
• Inspire and support a high-performing team, creating an environment where people can grow, develop and do their best work.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner and advisor on retail media opportunities.
• Identify and champion innovative approaches, emerging platforms and new technologies that unlock growth and competitive advantage.
• Drive collaboration across media, commerce, data and strategy teams to deliver integrated full-funnel solutions.
• Support business growth through thought leadership, client development opportunities and participation in new business activity.
• Stay at the forefront of the retail media landscape, translating market trends and insights into actionable recommendations.

Skills we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering retail media programmes within an agency, retailer or client-side environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, build capability and create positive outcomes for clients and colleagues.
• A track record of developing and growing retail media strategies for large or complex brands.
• Deep understanding of retail media, commerce and e-commerce ecosystems, including how they connect with broader marketing activity.
• Experience working with multiple retail media platforms and using data to inform planning, optimisation and measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging audiences at all levels.
• A collaborative, curious and commercial mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
