The successful candidate will improve reporting accuracy, reduce manual work, strengthen governance, and help business leaders access timely, actionable insights across HR, Finance, Operations, and Shared Services.

Success also requires becoming a highly effective communication bridge between technical Workday reporting capabilities and business decision-making needs. The person in this role must be able to explain issues, recommendations, tradeoffs, and solutions clearly in English to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.

Role Impact

This is a strategic in-house role supporting enterprise Workday operations. The person in this position will help shape the future of Workday reporting and analytics, build stronger internal capabilities, and enable better decision-making across the organization.
