As Manager, Technical Inside Sales for Emerson's Appleton Group, you will lead the Technical Inside Sales organization supporting our Engineered-to-Order (ETO) product lines. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of technical inside sales professionals while driving operational excellence across quotation development, order execution, customer support, and commercial processes for highly engineered solutions. In this role, you will establish performance expectations, develop talent, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
