As the Account Planner, you will be responsible for leading strategic planning efforts across key client accounts to deliver breakthrough, insight-driven communication strategies. 

• Lead the development of brand, communication, and campaign strategies across major client accounts.

• Translate business challenges into clear strategic opportunities and creative briefs.

• Provide thought leadership to both clients and internal teams through consumer insights, cultural trends, and market intelligence.

• Collaborate closely with creative, media, digital, and data teams to ensure integrated strategic thinking.

• Contribute to new business development through strategy-led pitch leadership and presentations.

• Drive innovation in planning methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of strategic excellence within the agency.

• 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications planning, or related roles within advertising, marketing, or consulting.

• Proven track record of leading successful campaigns and strategic initiatives for major brand.
• Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand architecture, media, and digital trends.

• Native in Korea and fluent in English is a strong advantage
