The fund operates with a sense of active ownership, which involves direct engagement with the management of the respective businesses. The business has an investment portfolio of USD 9.3 billion with aggregate revenues of portfolio companies of USD 11 billion.
The incumbent will develop and execute comprehensive land strategies, ensure full legal and regulatory compliance, and build lasting relationships with landowners, government officials, and community stakeholders to secure project viability.
