Job Summary:

As an Associate Manager, Digital Analytics, you will lead a team to set up tracking, analyze, interpret, and make actionable business recommendations and optimization suggestions to Shanghai Disney Resort online platforms. You will inspire and direct others and make an effort for the team’s continuous development.

The position reports to the Manager, Digital Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a digital analytics team to achieve the organization’s goal effectively and efficiently;
• Manage the partnership with other business unit teams to ensure the data and related analyses are interpreted and presented appropriately;
• Support business unit teams, product and development team, and other teams with expertise in ad-hoc analysis, in-depth digital analysisand recommend optimization tactics to improve site performance and business growth continuously;
• Guide data and analytical requirements by working with other data management, analytics, technology, and business groups within the enterprise to ensure that the data needed is available for analysis;
• Guide the whole tracking implementation process, and ensure that tracking in each platform (App, Web, and WeChat) is accurate by working with implementation specialists.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field – e.g., Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.， MBA s preferred;
• 5+ years of digital analytical experience. Advanced knowledge of digital analytics tracking products, e.g., Sensors Data, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics;
• Experience in turning online tracking metrics to analytical results and have a deep understanding of how to integrate data from multiple online platforms into actionable insights;
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external teams, to accomplish tasks in time with high quality;
• Advanced experience in communicating with senior managers and executives; be able to communicate complex business requirements with co-workers from cross-function teams;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
• Travel Industry， eCommerce, and digital product experience is preferred;
• Working experience with A/B testing and site optimization is preferred;
• Working experience with a programming language (SQL, Python, R) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
