Role Title: L1 Lead / Coordinator Location: Pune (India) Grade: C1 Shift: General Shift – 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST | On-Call availability required The L1 Lead / Coordinator is the single point of accountability for the 24×7 L1 managed support team delivering operational excellence for Banking Client data platform. This role owns shift governance, SLA adherence, stakeholder reporting, and escalation management, while working alongside EXL's EXLdata.ai Agentic AI framework to drive continuous improvement and reduce mean-time-to-resolve (MTTR).
