- To work closely with Director of Sales and the team for more meeting, conference, incentive and exhibition business. - To be a business partner with Director of Sales in the Buddy system so as to follow up their confirmed business. - To review scheduled events and trouble shoot potential problems / conflicts. - To check function rooms set up to avoid mistakes and for improvement. - To get feedback and comments from guests and associates. - To monitor all themed breaks and theme parties so as to give ideas and suggestions for improvement. - To organize special events for hotel image exposure. - To complete Annual Sales & Marketing Plan. - Participate annual budget and plan preparation for the next year. - To assist Director of Sales to prepare yearly sales revenue budget and related catering marketing expenses. - To assist Director of Sales to assign fair sales quota to each Catering Sales.
