The Pastoral Care Associate (PCA) ensures that the spiritual needs of patients/residents, families and staff are tended to, and contributes to the culture of holistic care. Delivers pastoral care to patients, families and staff. Participates in the on-call rotation to ensure pastoral needs are met 24/7. Relies on good judgment and the counsel of other, more experienced staff to perform the ministerial role and operates independently under general supervision and within a pastoral care team.
