- Three references - name and email address only - including one supervisory reference (reference letters are not accepted).
- ALL post-secondary education transcripts INCLUDING YOUR BACHELOR OF EDUCATION TRANSCRIPTS (OR PROOF OF ADMISSION TO BACHELOR OF EDUCATION PROGRAM)
- French as a Second Language - Include Oral Language Proficiency Testing Results (only if applicable)
- Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check - no more than 6 months old
