Guest Relations Officer
Key Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Address inquiries and provide excellent, personalized customer service.
Manage appointments and facilitate smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
Handle reception duties and related administrative tasks with efficiency.
Promote appropriate wellness and screening services to guests based on their needs.
Build lasting client relationships through professional and friendly engagement.
Provide a premium lounge experience by serving refreshments, including tea and coffee, while ensuring guests’ comfort and wellbeing throughout their visit.
Candidate Profile
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
2–3 years of prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or a customer-facing role.
Proficiency in basic computer systems and appointment management tools.
Strong skills in guest relations and reception duties.
Excellent command of the English language with outstanding customer service abilities.
Ability to engage in sales conversations related to healthcare and wellness offerings.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
