HR Executive- Talent Acquisition
The HR Executive – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting the organisation in attracting and hiring high-quality talent. The role requires strong communication skills, sound knowledge of recruitment practices, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies effectively. The position involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. It also includes sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through various recruitment channels and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare or update job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment documentation, where applicable.
- Negotiate offers and communicate employment terms to selected candidates.
- Coordinate the joining and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely updates to HR systems.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future vacancies.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports, including vacancy, sourcing, interview, selection, and joining status.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Support other HR activities and projects as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in HR or Talent Acquisition will be considered an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through to selection and onboarding.
- Experience in handling multiple vacancies across different departments and job levels.
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
