  1. Supervise & manage day to day operations of ceiling fan assembly lines.
  2. Monitor line efficiency, cycle time and manpower utilization
  3. Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and quality standards.
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues and analyze RCAs for assembly issues.
  5. Collaborate with design, quality and maintenance teams for smooth production.
  6. Implement lean manufacturing practices and 5S methodology.
  7. Train and mentor junior engineers, supervisors & operators.
  8. Prepare daily production reports, analysis of downtime failures.
  9. Inventory control and management.
  10. Waste Elimination.  Highlighting and Minimizing NVA’s.
  11. Line Balancing to match production rate to the takt time.
  12. SAP functioning (Production Module).
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the assembly line operations, ensuring product quality efficiency and adherence to safety standards. The role involves leading a team of technicians/ workers/operators, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continual improvement initiatives.
