- Monitoring the financials and business models of distributors and resolving issues if
any.
- Monitoring competition and supporting the sales team with price and promotions.
- Coordinating with supply chain and marketing team for stocks and other operations.
- Delivering top line sales numbers, achieving all time high volumes in almost all product
categories
- Distributor management by ensuring optimal stocking levels and high billing efficiency
for all distributors
- Administration responsibilities like claim processing and budget allocation -
Understanding the team and motivating them to give their best.
- Planned marketing and sales strategy for new product launch with special attention to
consumer attraction and branding.
