HilltopSecurities is currently looking to hire a Product Analyst in Dallas, Texas. The Product Analyst will play a key role in the strategy and design of various Hilltop supported applications. The Product Analyst will work to constantly improve through data-driven analysis and by conceptualizing, defining and ensuring the quality of new features.
The ideal candidate understands that product management is cross-functional and involves business development, strategic thinking, data driven insights, market research, and awareness of goals versus constraints. The product analyst will need to drive the balance between the ideal product and the marketable product always thinking ahead for how best to improve the user experience.
