Sales Service (With German)

You will ensure comprehensive support and act as the point of contact for our customers and prospective clients, whilst supporting the sales network from the initial enquiry right through to final payment. With a clear focus on profitable growth and excellent customer service, you will be responsible for the operational and administrative management of your assigned market area.
- Order entry, monitoring of deliveries, and responding to customer inquiries
- Internal communication with other departments such as Purchasing, Production Planning, and Shipping
- Maintenance of customer master data in our CRM tool
- Monitoring of customer creditworthiness and payments in cooperation with the Accounting department
- Handling of customer claims / complaints in cooperation with Quality Assurance (QA)
