ホテル内のバーおよびレストランにて、カクテルや各種ドリンクの作成・提供を中心に、ゲストへ上質な飲食サービスを提供するポジションです。接客、在庫管理、POS操作、売上向上のためのアップセルを行いながら、ブランド基準に沿ったおもてなしを通じて快適な滞在体験を創出します。また、衛生・安全管理やチームとの連携を通じて、円滑な店舗運営に貢献していただきます。
This position is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests through the preparation and serving of cocktails and a variety of beverages in the hotel’s bars and restaurants.
While providing warm hospitality in line with brand standards, you will create memorable and enjoyable guest experiences through personalized service, inventory management, POS operations, and upselling initiatives.
You will also contribute to the smooth operation of the outlet by maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety and working closely with fellow team members.

As a Bartender at the Lobby Lounge & Bar "Hanari" and Italian Restaurant "SeMare", you will be responsible for preparing and serving cocktails, coffee, and a variety of beverages.
Through exceptional hospitality and personalized service, you will create memorable and comfortable experiences for our guests while supporting restaurant operations through inventory management, upselling initiatives, and maintaining high service standards.
