The Outlets Manager will oversee all aspects of operations across our four outlets—Matinee/Float (Pool Bars), Sidekicks (All Day Dining), and Craft Services (Cafe) —including service delivery, financial performance, team leadership, and compliance with brand standards.
We are looking for a candidate with strong all-day dining experience who is comfortable managing diverse outlet operations, including outdoor environments and pool operations. This role will provide unified leadership, ensuring operational consistency, enhancing the guest experience, and driving efficiency and performance across all outlets.
