Salary & Benefits: £27,500 gross per annum & private healthcare.

Our Placement Opportunities

We have a two placement opportunities within our highly talented Revenue Management Consolidated Centre:

Revenue Analyst and Pricing Placement:

This placement is ideal for a student interested in revenue management and pricing strategy, offering exposure to how commercial performance is driven across Hilton's EMEA portfolio. During the internship, you'll gain hands-on experience analysing business performance, supporting pricing decisions, and contributing to projects that directly impact hotel revenue.

You will be an integral part of the team and play an active role in our success, with responsibilities including:

Supporting analysis of hotel performance to identify opportunities and risks.
Assisting in the development and communication of pricing, inventory, and promotional strategies.
Contributing to EMEA and global projects using a test-and-learn approach, measuring performance to drive improvements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support delivery of commercial priorities.
Assisting in the preparation of reports, insights, and presentations for stakeholders.
Supporting consistent processes and operational best practices across the RMCC.
Gaining exposure to revenue management systems and tools used to support pricing decisions.
Perform tasks across Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, with the use of VBA, SQL, Python or similar coding languages.

RMCC Business Development Placement:

This role is ideal for someone interested in business development, focused on identifying growth opportunities and driving commercial success across Hilton's EMEA portfolio. During the internship, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting RMCC expansion, including onboarding new hotels and contributing to large-scale change management initiatives within a structured framework.

You will play an active role in the team's success, with responsibilities including:

Hands-on experience in business development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management.
Preparing collateral and resources to support RMCC growth.
Supporting pre-opening activities for new hotels, ensuring timelines and stakeholder satisfaction are met.
Providing analysis to support ramp-up performance of new hotel openings.
Assisting in testing and implementing pricing, inventory, and capability enhancements.
Supporting EMEA and global projects with a test-and-learn approach, using performance metrics to drive improvements.
Ensuring efficient use of systems in line with company best practices and standard operating procedures.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values in addition to the following criteria:

A current bachelor’s or master’s student completing a degree that includes a required 12-month year in industry placement.
A Hospitality or Business Management related degree is preferred.
Availability to begin full-time employment on 5th July 2027, for a full-time 12-month placement.
You must have the independent right to work in the UK for the full duration of the 12-month placement. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, so we are unable to consider applications from candidates who would require sponsorship. If you hold a visa or status that allows you to work in the UK full-time without sponsorship (e.g. Settled Status, Pre-Settled Status, where a 12-month work placement is a permitted, required & assessed part of your UK University degree, or other independent work permissions), you are welcome to apply.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exceptionally organised and comfortable prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.
You should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in RMCC.

From day one, interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton, contributing to business support activities and project-based initiatives while developing their skills through learning opportunities, networking, feedback sessions and exposure to teams across the business.
