At the Hilton Minneapolis, one of the largest hospitality destinations in the Midwest, the Lead Steward plays a vital role in supporting our culinary and banquet teams. From large conventions to elegant downtown events, this position ensures that kitchens, banquet spaces, and service areas operate efficiently, safely, and spotlessly at all times.
The Lead Steward sets the standard for cleanliness, organization, and teamwork while supervising stewarding staff and ensuring Hilton’s high food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
