The Finance Fast-Track Program (Thailand) is a collaborative effort between hotels and corporate finance, to focus on the development of emerging finance professionals, to enable placement as Finance Leaders (Directors of Finance or Finance Managers) across Thailand. Candidates are hired at an Assistant Director of Finance level, supporting an existing Director of Finance in an established hotel. At the same time, candidates are placed into a 24-month structured program to give exposure to our diversified operations, whilst simultaneously learning the required leadership and management capabilities to assume a key management position upon completion of the program.
