Los Abrigados Resort and Spa in Sedona is hiring a Spa Director. This role will lead the strategic, financial, operational, and regulatory performance of the Sedona Spa at Los Abrigados Resort & Spa. The Spa Director grows membership and service revenue, strengthens market awareness and social presence, delivers exceptional member and guest experiences, and maintains disciplined oversight of people, systems, facilities, and compliance while championing HGV’s People First philosophy, supporting team member wellbeing, and fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace where every Team Member feels valued and a sense of belonging
