FFE COORDINATOR

Job Summary: The FFE coordinator is responsible for acting as the client's representative for the procurement and fit out of (predominantly) interior spaces with focus on FF&E to given deadlines to the designers' requirements.

Responsibilities:

Providing scheduling feedback on FF&E procurement and installation to the project manager for the creation of overall project schedule. Managing the day-to-day of casual teams of labour for installations. Ensuring clear brief and understanding, in writing, is available for each project design and operations team.
Developing and maintaining with monthly updates photo inventory for all FF&E items working in conjunction with cost control.
Initiating and maintaining communications with internal and external customers including project collaborators, taskforces, etc.
Creating and checking of specification and quantity for local and overseas orders through usual processes.
Performing related and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

First degree in Project Management, Interior Design or Business Management.
3-5 years' experience in FF&E role.
