HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Job Summary: The housekeeping supervisor is responsible for managing the performance of the room attendants and housemen, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, comfortable and well supplied.

Responsibilities:

Inspecting rooms, occupied and vacant, to ensure that they meet the standards set by Sandals/Beaches Resorts
Maintaining confidentiality
Handling all guest concerns efficiently, tactfully and courteously
Monitoring linen to ensure that highest quality standards are maintained
Assisting Executive Housekeeper in inventory and management reports
Analysing and resolving problems, exercising good judgment

Qualifications:

College or University Degree from a recognised tertiary institution
Minimum of three (3) years' management and/or supervisory experience in a first-class resort
Excellent organisational and team management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
