LOYALTY & TRAVEL MANAGER
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing loyalty programs and travel related activities as well as leading a small powerhouse team on-resort charged with the responsibility of growing and maintaining repeat business for the resort.
Responsibilities:
- Must be excellent in sales and strategic planning
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Ability to learn and retain vast amount of information and details in a short space of time
- Must have excellent customer service skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or similar field
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent Customer Service and Sales background
- Must be computer literate
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Environment:
- Must be able to work as part of and manage a team
