Job Description

Under direct supervision, prepares, serves food, and performs cleanup activities within HISD cafeteria operations. Loads and examines trays to ensure that they contain required items. Cleans and sterilizes dishes, equipment, and facilities. Monitors food preparation and serving techniques to ensure that proper procedures are followed.
