Food & Beverage Sales and Marketing Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through local initiatives and sales channels.
Develop and establish Food and beverage brands within the market. Local, National and International. Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels. (IHG branding will stay with Director of Marketing Communication)
Develop, initiate and execute marketing and sales actions for the food and beverage department of the hotel to ensure the achievement of departmental revenue and profit goals within the established food and beverage quality and guest service quality standards.
Create creative and theatrical content and promote the venues, while simultaneously create an active and dynamic atmosphere within the venue’s concepts that leave guests wanting more and granting a feeling of “something is happening.”
Develops (in consultation with the Director of Marketing Communication) and executes a public relations program for the food and beverage department of the hotel based on its marketing goals. Liaises with F&B management in targeting specific markets and developing the public relations strategies to reach these markets.
Develops (in consultation with the Director of Marketing Communication) and executes media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities. Acts as liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity.
Lead organic social media, content marketing, and influencer collaborations (in consultation with the Director of Marketing Communication) to drive engagement. (IWS remains with Digital Marketing Manager while Revinate for F&B Marketing can be passed onto the F&B Marketing)
Establishes sales leads from the local community, study of magazines, newspapers and form personal contacts; coordinates sales leads with Event Sales Department.
Drive revenue growth through targeted campaigns, loyalty programs (including IHG one rewards dining program) and special events.
