Jr. Operations Analyst

The Jr. Operations Analyst provides ongoing support to Synthesio clients post-"go live." Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, maintaining technical requirements, communicating Synthesio’s value proposition, ensuring client satisfaction, and involvement in larger client projects. This role requires collaboration with team members in India, Mexico and Romania to cover 24/5 working hours, along with France, Singapore, and US within the rest of the Support Team.

Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, maintaining technical requirements, communicating Synthesio’s value proposition, ensuring client satisfaction, and involvement in larger client projects. This role requires collaboration with team members in India, Mexico and Romania to cover 24/5 working hours, along with France, Singapore, and US within the rest of the Support Team. You will be working within the Support Department, where we assist both clients and internal teams in utilizing the platform. You’ll be part of a team that is continually evolving, improving, and learning.
