Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage and maintain social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X.
Develop and execute social media content calendars.
Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories and short-form video content.
Monitor trends, hashtags, audience behaviour and emerging digital platforms.
Respond to comments and messages and support community engagement.
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.

Creative Content & Design

Design high-quality social media creatives, presentations, banners and digital marketing materials.
Create short videos, reels, animations and other visual content.
Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or equivalent platforms.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital communications.
Adapt creative content for different platforms and audiences.

Digital Marketing

Support digital marketing campaigns and online promotions.
Assist with paid social media campaigns and boosting.
Analyse campaign performance, engagement, reach and conversion metrics.
Conduct competitor and social media trend research.
Support SEO, website content and other digital initiatives where required.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
Excellent knowledge of social media content creation.
Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
Good copywriting and communication skills.
Knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and paid advertising.
Ability to identify and leverage current digital trends.
Strong attention to detail and brand awareness.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Creative, energetic and willing to experiment with new ideas.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation or a related role.
Freshers are encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate strong digital creativity and an impressive social media portfolio/presence.
