Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and statutory HR obligations
Support employee relations, including queries and minor disciplinary matters
Assist in performance management and training initiatives
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor regulations
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
HR professional certification (aPHRi, PHRi, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in HR operations, preferably in a multi-site or operational environment
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, HR administration, and employee relations
Core Competencies:
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll administration
Ability to maintain accurate HR records and reports
Proficiency in HRIS or HR software systems
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational, administration and time management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
High level of confidentiality and integrity
Proactive and results-oriented
