HEAD OF FINANCE
Role Purpose
Provide strategic financial leadership, ensure strong financial controls, and support business growth through effective financial planning, reporting, and governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s financial strategy
- Oversee preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial plans
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Monitor revenue, costs, and overall financial performance of the business
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders
- Oversee cash flow management and financial forecasting
- Lead and develop the finance team to deliver strong performance
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualification & Experience
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, ICA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) is required
- Minimum of 10–12 years’ experience in finance or accounting
- At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
- Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and financial control
