JOB DESCRIPTION – MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
Role Purpose
Provide strategic financial analysis, budgeting support, and management reporting to support decision-making and improve financial performance of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts.
Analyse financial statements and provide insights to management.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Support preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and analyse variances.
Cost Management
Conduct cost analysis and recommend efficiency improvements.
Monitor operational costs across business units.
Compliance & Internal Controls
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Support internal and external audit processes.
Financial Data & Systems
Maintain financial databases and reporting templates.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and reconciliations.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (mandatory).
Professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, CIMA
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in accounting or financial management.
At least 3 years in a senior accounting or financial reporting role.
