The Opportunity
As the Business Development Manager - Vertiv, you will play a critical role in accelerating the growth of Vertiv solutions across the UAE market. Working closely with partners, sales teams, and vendor stakeholders, you will drive business expansion, identify new opportunities, and build strategic initiatives that strengthen market presence and revenue performance.
Success in this role comes from combining business insight, customer focus, and strong relationship management capabilities while delivering measurable outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.
The Impact You'll Make
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Vertiv market share and drive revenue growth across the UAE.
Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, customers, and key vendor stakeholders to identify and capture new opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to position Vertiv solutions effectively and support pipeline development.
Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer requirements to develop growth plans and business recommendations.
Manage opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and successful achievement of business targets.
Drive partner enablement initiatives, training programs, and go-to-market activities that improve engagement and solution adoption.
The Expertise You'll Bring
You may be a strong fit for this role if you have:
Experience in business development, channel sales, account management, or vendor management within the IT, infrastructure, power, data center, or technology solutions industry.
A proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving commercial objectives.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market opportunities, influence stakeholders, and translate insights into action.
Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
