As the Senior Staff Engineer, Product Design, you will be responsible for the design, development, documentation and testing of mechanical subsystems that is part of a high-performance semiconductor assembly machine under development. You will take a leading role in communicating with our development partner and coordinating the joint development activities in the mechanical and mechatronic area.
