Kulicke & Soffa is seeking a Senior Engineer I, AS Process Engineering to support the development, optimization, and qualification of advanced semiconductor assembly processes and equipment solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process innovation, improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency, and provide technical expertise for customer applications and new product development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and experience in semiconductor assembly, process engineering, or advanced manufacturing environments.
