Senior Analyst I, Operations Enterprise Application

The primary function is to design and develop solutions for critical business processes residing in enterprise applications for manufacturing.
He/she has to analysis, troubleshoot E-Biz and/or business process issue/inefficiencies and provide sound business enhancement/ solution/ alternative that is based on standard capability and functionality.
He/she has to provide documentation on Application Architectural design, As-Is and To-Be business processes, function and technical design, application setup and configuration, Test scenarios, System Testing, Issue logging, root cause analysis and resolution, and provide deliverable update to management.
He/ she has to understand and comply with company policy and procedure, ITGC (Governance Control) and SOX requirements. He/She has to Uphold IT operation efficiency and SLA.
The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Applications is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing enterprise application solutions for critical manufacturing business processes, with a focus on Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing, Bills of Material, Engineering, Quality, Cost Management, and related operational modules.
