We are seeking an engineer who with their related experience will provide solutions support of the development of Semiconductor Packaging and Assembly equipment.
The candidate will be a member of a highly skilled and motivated engineering team and will be encouraged to take on the responsibility of a broad range of tasks. You will be responsible for transforming concepts into actual parts of the system, and testing the developed module, the system integration and verifying if requirements are met. Kulicke & Soffa is seeking a Senior Engineer I, BB Process Engineering to drive the development, optimization, and qualification of ball bonding processes and technologies that enable advanced semiconductor packaging solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve process performance, conduct data-driven analysis and experimentation, support new product development, and resolve complex manufacturing challenges. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong analytical skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and experience in semiconductor assembly, process development, or advanced manufacturing environments.
