Senior Analyst I, SCM Enterprise Application

Reporting to the Manager, SCM Enterprise Application, the Senior Analyst is a key member of the Oracle ERP implementation project team. The role delivers end-to-end functional and technical solutions across the full project lifecycle — Requirements, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Support — with a strong focus on Oracle ERP integrations, data migrations.

Functional delivery: Translate business needs into Oracle ERP solutions across Supply Chain and Distribution processes.
Technical delivery: Support design, development, and deployment of integrations, reports, conversions, and customizations.
Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT to ensure quality, timely, and fit-for-purpose delivery.
Operational stability: Ensure business continuity during implementation and provide post-production support.

As a Senior Analyst in the SCM Enterprise Application team, this role supports the Oracle ERP implementation & Support program by partnering with the implementation partner, business users, and IT to gather requirements, design, and deliver technology best practices. The role also safeguards the smooth running of critical business processes during project implementation and post-production support. The success of this position requires to demonstrate strong business acumen and able to influence and collaborate business users with IT. The successful incumbent should have proven experience implementing IT projects, supporting IT Application and with strong analytical skill and strong communication skills
