Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading and providing financial expertise to project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment in the area of HP Solutions Print for DACH countries. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.
Responsibilities

• Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.
• Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
• Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
• Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
• Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
• Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation.
• Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
• Represents the organization to external customers and clients.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with open mindset and challenging the status quo

• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Learning agility and a strong can‑do attitude, with willingness to quickly adapt, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion.

• Experience in finance and forecasting.

• Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or factory environments is a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP/S4, BI tools), knowledge of Microsoft Workflow, PowerQuery, PowerBI. Knowledge of SQL would be a strong advantage
