Job Summary
• This role is responsible for managing Market oriented planning activities for LATAM or a cluster under LATAM for personal systems, ensuring the business goals and KPI's are achieved, the role requires interaction with multiple areas / functions in the end to end, such as Market category, Customer Ops, Logistics, Finance, Division Fulfillment and Global teams.
Responsibilities
- Attainment execution for Market Share and Revenue
- Demand / Supply match for DC orders
- Inventory management (HOI and Aged)
- Supply Chain cost control
- Executes with speed and predictability based on TCE (Total Customer Experience) targets
- Coordinates and leads weekly meetings with market category to ensure actions are clear and aligned
- Contributes to priority projects with complex analysis and assists in developing recommendations.
- Coordinates / Aligns end to end execution with different areas depending on the stage of the order.
- Ensures open backlog is healthy
Education & Experience Recommended
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Degree in administration or engineering
Preferred Certifications
- Yellow / Green belt preferably
- PMP / Black belt nice to have

- S4 orders, PO's, Idocs, Reports
- Excel mandatory
